After the ProLine Kickoff call (required for all companies new to ProLine), Done-For-You Onboarding adds a Strategy Call with your assigned Certified Partner to discuss your vision for your ProLine account, gather information, and provide professional feedback on how your process can be improved as you move to ProLine.

After the Strategy Call, your Certified Partner gets to work configuring your ProLine account for you.

Done-For-You Onboarding Includes The Following Configuration:

• Customizing up to 5 pipelines (up to 10 stages each).
• Adding up to 10 custom campaign steps (in addition to the hundreds of steps already pre-written and pre-loaded in your account).
• Customization of tags, types, categories, services, and lead sources based on your unique market conditions and services.
• Customization of up to three event types.
• Customization of up to three invoice templates.
• Customization of up to three order templates.
• Customization of one quote template for proper calculations, items, and general information based on company specs:
  • Price list updates as required for quote template.
  • Quantity calculation configuration.
  • Update/add text pages and descriptions.
  • Build out up to 3 options.
  • Build out up to 3 add-ons.
• Add any number of additional pre-built quote templates from ProLine’s public quote template library. (30+ options to choose from).
• Setup ProLine Native Integrations (Pick 5):

All you have to do to ensure a successful onboarding experience:

• Attend the Kickoff Call (30-45 min)
• Attend the Strategy Call (45-90 min)
  
• Fully communicate your needs to your certified partner.
• Provide requested information and login info as requested.
• Attend the Training Call with your team (when ready to launch).
  

Price: $5,000

With Basic Migration, your Certified Partner will export contact and project/job information from your existing software via CSV only, clean the data, and import it into ProLine for you. This migration service is limited to what your current software platform allows to be exported via CSV.

Migrated Data Included:

• Contact Information
• Project/Job Information (text & numbers only, no documents or files)
• Limited to what your current CRM allows to be exported to CSV.

Pricing: 

• Starts at $1000 for up to 5,000 records.
• Additional records over 5,000: +$100 per additional 1,000 records.

Note: Advanced Data Migration is only provided by select Certified Partners. Please contact ProLine support or your sales rep for a direct referral.

With Advanced Migration, your Certified Partner will export as much data as possible from your existing software using advanced data extraction techniques. The data will be cleaned and imported back into ProLine for you.

Possible Migrated Data Includes:

• Contact Information
• Project/Job Information
  
• Project/Job Activity History
• Documents (Quotes, Invoices, Orders, etc)
• Photos & Video

Pricing: 

• Starts at $2300 for up to 5,000 records.
• Additional records over 5,000: +$175 per additional 1,000 records.
